Brinkworth Renovation & Extension

Our Brinkworth project involved the renovation and extension of a charming rural property, combining traditional Cotswold stone craftsmanship with contemporary design. The result is a seamless blend of period character and modern functionality, tailored to suit the homeowners’ lifestyle.

The main extension was constructed from Cotswold stone laid with lime mortar, ensuring an authentic and durable finish that complements the surrounding architecture. A rendered section was added to house a stunning new kitchen, featuring exposed oak beams and softwood rafters that bring warmth and natural texture to the space.

To the side of the property, we built a timber-clad office, providing a practical and stylish workspace that ties in beautifully with the overall design. The build includes stone mullions with bespoke joinery-made windows and doors, adding refined detail and craftsmanship throughout.

Externally, the project is completed with a flat roof finished in sedum, enhancing sustainability and blending harmoniously with the rural setting.
